The KIA CVIS app provides the ability to:
- Manage your Next Service Appointment.
- Locate your nearest or preferred Kia dealer.
- Look up accurate service and maintenance pricing specific to your Kia vehicle.
- Book an appointment at a Kia dealer for a date and time that is convenient for you.
- Once your booking is made, the app will remind you of your upcoming appointment.
On the day of service, simply drop your vehicle off at the dealer and track progress through the KIA CVIS app.
View pictures and video of the work being carried out on your vehicle.
Received status updates that let you know how the service is progressing.
As part of your service, your Kia dealer will also carry out a vehicle health check to ensure peace of mind or alert you to any needed repairs. The results of your vehicle’s health check are available through the KIA CVIS app. You can view photos or even authorise any additional repair work all through the KIA CVIS app.
We’ll also let you know when your service is complete.
The Next Service requirement for each Kia vehicle can be different. The Owner’s Manual that came with your Kia will detail all the servicing requirements but we will also remind you when your next service is due through the KIA CVIS app.
